Johnsons is the success it is today thanks to our team of nearly 65 colleagues. We recruited all our team for their passion and enthusiasm in their specialist areas including food retailing, visual merchandising, delicious cuisine and, of course, everything green or for the garden. We also provide extensive training to ensure they continue to provide nothing but the best levels of service to all our customers.

Surprising and delighting our customers is at the heart of our business. That’s why we have specialists in each of our departments to give expert help, advice and inspiration. David Isaac-Managing Director

My passion and enthusiasm for our business is as strong today as it was twelve years ago when myself and two business partners acquired the business. We are as much a part of the local community as ever and as such have a great sense of responsibility to our staff and customers as a local employer and retailer.

Brian Digby-Operations Director

My responsibilities are the day to day operations of the business from our staff to the ordering procedures across the business. We are striving on a daily basis to improve our business, but always at the heart of what we are trying to achieve is to make our customers experience a relaxed and enjoyable one.
